Katherine Lukens, SHRM-SCP, has diverse work experience spanning various HR roles. Katherine is currently working as the VP of People at ATSG since October 2023. Prior to that, she held the position of Sr. Director of People Strategy at ATSG from January 2023 to September 2023. From July 2020 to January 2023, she worked at Vology as the Director of People Operations.

Before Vology, Katherine worked at Gerdau as an HR Business Partner from February 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, she had a series of roles at Vology, including Sr. People Operations Business Partner from April 2017 to February 2019, People Operations HR Business Partner from October 2015 to April 2017, and People Operations HR Coordinator from January 2015 to October 2015. Katherine began her career at IBM as an RPO Recruiter from April 2013 to December 2014. Katherine also gained experience as a Recruitment Operations Coordinator Consultant at ManpowerGroup / On-Site at CertainTeed Corporation from August 2011 to April 2013.

Katherine Lukens, SHRM-SCP earned a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Human Resources at James Madison University from 2006 to 2010.
